Mecohue Petshop
Not just a website: an e-commerce, a veterinary clinic ERP and a point of sale — three systems in one, for a pet shop in Wilde operating since 2003.

Mecohue ran without an integrated system: clinical records on paper, daily sales with no stock control or traceability, and no online channel for customers to browse products or book appointments — only social media.
A custom platform covering the three sides of the business in one unified system: the public site with catalog and bookings, the clinic panel (pets, owners, history, vaccinations, agenda) and the store module with POS, store credit and integrated reports.
One system, three fronts
Public site
Editorial e-commerce with WhatsApp checkout.
- Catalog with search, filters and sorting
- Product pages with gallery
- Cart and checkout → WhatsApp order
- 3-step appointment booking
- Institutional page with map
Clinic management
Full veterinary ERP for daily operations.
- Owners and pets with medical history
- Vaccination with calendar and PDF card
- Visits with PDF prescriptions and certificates
- Appointment agenda with statuses
- Grooming module
Store + POS
Point of sale with stock, accounts and reports.
- POS with mixed payments per sale
- Customer accounts with balances
- Atomic stock control
- Products, categories, brands and discounts
- Unified monthly reports
From paper and spreadsheets to everything tracked and auditable in real time — every sale tied to a customer, every vaccine to a pet, and the whole business (clinic + grooming + store) in one report the owner can check from her phone.
Editorial, not cartoon
The identity steps away from the usual pet-shop look (saturated palettes, cartoon illustrations, rounded fonts) and positions the business as a carefully curated store: a magazine-like layout, numbered section eyebrows, minimal product cards and Fraunces as the display serif.

The hard parts, solved
Three domains in one codebase
Combining public e-commerce, a veterinary clinic ERP and a store POS in a single app, with visual and UX coherence per role. Each module has its own CSS prefix to avoid style collisions.
POS with atomic mixed payments
A sale can be paid with several methods at once (cash + card + store credit). The backend deducts stock, records payments and updates accounts inside one transaction: if anything fails, full rollback. Editing a sale recalculates stock differentially without duplicating movements.
Unified whole-business reports
Integrating POS sales into the report that already had clinic and grooming, separating invoiced (includes credit) from collected (real methods). A 6-month trend chart with stacked bars per area.
A truly mobile-first admin
After the first rollout we saw the owner working a lot from her phone. A second responsive pass followed: sticky table columns, a floating menu FAB, scroll-lock and a filters bar that stacks without breaking.
