Software developer for Miami businesses: websites and systems that work in English and Spanish
If your Miami business serves customers in English and Spanish, or sells into Latin America, I can build your website, ordering portal or custom system in both languages, remotely from Buenos Aires. Argentina is one to two hours ahead of Miami depending on the time of year.

If your Miami business serves customers in English and Spanish, or buys and sells across Latin America, I can build your website, ordering portal or custom system in both languages, remotely from Buenos Aires. Argentina is one to two hours ahead of Miami depending on the time of year, so we share almost the whole working day.
In Miami it's normal for one business to have customers writing in English, others in Spanish, and suppliers in three countries. This is for the owner who wants tools that work that way, not an English site with a machine translation bolted on top.
One business, two languages, a lot of countries
The company importing goods and distributing them across Florida. The exporter shipping to Central America and the Caribbean from a warehouse near the airport. The real estate brokerage with buyers from Buenos Aires, Bogotá or Caracas. The clinic, accounting firm or repair shop that switches languages all day long.
They all share one thing: the customer picks the language, not you. If your website or system only works in one, some of your customers leave, or they message you on WhatsApp to ask what the site didn't explain.
What Miami businesses usually need
| Business | What helps |
|---|---|
| Importer or distributor | A portal where each wholesale customer sees their own price list, places orders and tracks status, in their language |
| Exporter to Latin America | A catalog in English and Spanish, with product sheets you can send over WhatsApp to buyers abroad |
| Developer or brokerage | A project website and a 3D walkthrough to sell pre-construction to buyers who can't fly in |
| Professional services | A bilingual website with online booking and reminders in each client's language |
| Store with a counter | Stock, sales and cash in your own admin dashboard, with the website tied to the same stock |
Actually bilingual, not translated
A bilingual website isn't a translate button. It's each version saying things the way a native speaker would, search engines finding each language on its own, and forms, emails and reminders reaching each customer in theirs.
I write both languages myself. If you also need Portuguese or another language, you bring the text and I set it up properly. I went into more detail in bilingual websites for small businesses.
Trading with Latin America: orders that don't get lost
If you sell abroad, orders arrive by email, WhatsApp and phone, each in its own format with its own price list. An ordering portal brings order to that. Each customer logs in, sees their catalog and terms, builds the order and checks its status, and nobody has to copy messages into a spreadsheet.
And since WhatsApp is the everyday business channel across Latin America, the system can send updates there with one tap. I wrote about wholesale ordering portals and WhatsApp integration for business. Taxes and customs for each shipment are for your accountant or customs broker to confirm.
A real project: Recorrido 3D
Recorrido 3D is my product for selling homes and condos before they're built: an interactive 3D walkthrough where buyers move through the unit before it exists. In a city where a lot of buyers live in another country, showing them the apartment without a flight changes the conversation.
Its blog has a piece on pre-construction renderings in Miami and another on selling to remote investors and buyers.
See Recorrido 3DHow we'd work together
We start with a video call, in English or Spanish, where you tell me how things run today. Then I send a proposal in phases and a quote. You follow progress through a link on your phone and sign off each phase. At the end you get everything running, with your own login and every account in your company's name.
Argentina is one to two hours ahead of Miami depending on the time of year, so our working days nearly match. More on this way of working in working with a remote developer.
Frequently asked questions
Can we work entirely in Spanish?
Yes. Calls, messages and progress updates can all be in Spanish, even if the website or system ends up in English, or in both. I write both languages myself, no machine translation.
What's the time difference with Miami?
Argentina is one to two hours ahead of Miami depending on the time of year. We share practically the whole working day, so calls are easy to schedule.
Can you build the site for a pre-construction condo project?
Yes. Besides the website, I build interactive 3D walkthroughs with Recorrido 3D, my product for selling homes and condos before they're built, in English and Spanish.
Can we meet in person in Miami?
No, I work remotely from Buenos Aires: video calls, progress links, and WhatsApp or email. The only in-person meetings I do are in Quilmes and the south of Greater Buenos Aires.
