Software developer in Quilmes and south Buenos Aires, with in-person meetings
I'm a software developer based in Quilmes, in the southern suburbs of Buenos Aires. I build websites, custom software, apps and 3D configurators for local businesses, and in this area we can meet in person.

If you're looking for a software developer in Quilmes, that's where I am. Quilmes is a city in the southern suburbs of Greater Buenos Aires, and I build websites, custom software, apps and 3D configurators for businesses in this area. Since I'm local, we can meet in person. I work alone, so the person who visits your store or plant is the same one who builds everything.
This page is mostly for two kinds of readers: English-speaking owners and managers running a business in south Buenos Aires, and companies abroad with a branch, a plant or a partner here who'd rather work with someone nearby who speaks their language.
Why it helps that I can see your business
A whole project can run over video calls, and that's how I work with clients in other cities and countries. But when the business is close, one visit makes a real difference. I see how customers are served at the counter, where orders get written down, which spreadsheet gets opened in the morning and when the day gets busy.
That visit usually shows things nobody mentions on a call: the notebook where appointments live, the one business phone that only one person answers, the printed price list that has to be redone every time something goes up. That's almost always the first thing worth fixing.
After that meeting, the project runs like any other: progress you open from a link on your phone, short reviews and day-to-day contact on WhatsApp or email. If needed, we meet again to test the system with your staff.
If you're running a business here in English
Plenty of businesses in Greater Buenos Aires have owners, partners or head offices that work in English: a subsidiary reporting to a parent company abroad, a factory that exports, or a newcomer who opened a shop. In those cases it helps to have someone who can sit down with the local team in Spanish and write the proposal, the reports and the documentation in English.
I do both. Meetings with your staff can be in Spanish, and anything you need to share with partners abroad can be in English. If your website needs both languages, I wrote about it in bilingual websites for small businesses.
Factories and workshops south of the city
The south side of Buenos Aires is industrial: between Avellaneda, Quilmes, Berazategui and Florencio Varela there are lots of factories, metal shops, carpentry workshops and building suppliers serving the whole metro area. The recurring problems are quotes done by hand and inquiries that come in without dimensions.
In Berazategui I built the 3D quote tool for EQUIBOX, a horse stall and barn manufacturer. Customers design their barn in 3D, download a PDF spec sheet and request a quote on WhatsApp, and the company receives it in its customer system. If you build carports or canopies, the Estructuras 3D blog has a piece on 3D configurators for carports in Greater Buenos Aires.
Shops and appointment-based services
Local shops on busy streets in Quilmes, Bernal, Avellaneda and Lanús usually need to be found first: a complete Google Business Profile, a simple website and WhatsApp on hand. Appointment-based businesses need their calendar out of the notebook.
A nearby example is Mecohue in Wilde, a pet store with a vet clinic and grooming. It has a website with its catalog, services and appointments over WhatsApp, plus an internal system with the register, appointments and one-tap WhatsApp reminders.
What each kind of business usually needs
| Business | The recurring problem | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Street-front shop | Can't be found on Google, or shows as closed | Google profile and a simple website |
| Appointment-based service | Paper calendar and no-shows | Online booking with WhatsApp reminders |
| Factory or workshop | Hand-made quotes, inquiries without sizes | Quote tool or 3D configurator |
| Subsidiary or exporter | Reports and tools split between two languages | Custom software with bilingual screens |
| Developer or real estate agency | Buyers can't picture the building | Project website and 3D walkthrough |
Real estate south of Buenos Aires
Quilmes, Bernal and Avellaneda keep adding apartment buildings and duplexes sold before construction, and buyers have to imagine a unit that doesn't exist yet. That's why I built Recorrido 3D: buyers walk through the apartment on their phone before it's finished. Its blog covers 3D renderings and walkthroughs south of Buenos Aires.
How we'd work together
Argentina is on UTC−3 all year. A first meeting can be at your place in the south suburbs or on a video call; after that I send a written proposal, then progress by link, and you sign off on each stage. Everything I build is yours: the code, the domain and the logins. More on the process in working with a remote developer.
Frequently asked questions
Can we meet in person?
Yes. In Quilmes and the south suburbs I can come to your store, office or plant for the first meeting or for an important review. The rest of the project runs on WhatsApp, email and video calls, with progress you open from a link.
Which areas do you cover in person?
Quilmes, Bernal, Ezpeleta, Wilde, Avellaneda, Lanús, Berazategui, Florencio Varela and nearby towns. Anywhere else, we work over video calls, which works just as well.
Can meetings be in Spanish and documents in English?
Yes. I can talk with your local team in Spanish and write proposals, reports and instructions in English for partners or a head office abroad.
Can the system handle invoicing?
It can connect to whatever you already use for invoicing, or be set up for it depending on your case. What Argentine rules require for your business is worth checking with a local accountant first.
If you run a business in Quilmes or south Buenos Aires, or work with one from abroad, message me on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email contacto@facundocampo.com.ar. I answer in English and Spanish and quote each project separately. You can also use the [contact page](/en/contacto).
