How much does a 3D virtual tour cost in Argentina in 2026?
A 360 tour of a finished space, a walkthrough built from renders and a showroom with a unit selector are priced in very different ways. How each kind of provider charges, what drives the price and why pricing per unit type changes the math for a building.

What a 3D virtual tour costs depends mostly on one thing: whether the property already exists or is still on the plans. A 360 tour of a finished space and a full showroom of an off-plan building are different products and are priced in different ways. Before comparing quotes, figure out which kind of tour you need and what your buyer will see.
Here is how each kind of provider charges, what drives the price, what to ask and how Recorrido 3D, the product I built for builders and real estate agencies, is quoted.
How is each kind of virtual tour priced?
| Type | How it is usually charged | What defines the cost | Works off-plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| 360 tour of a finished space | Capture plus a monthly fee for the platform it is published on. | Number of rooms and how long you want it online. | No, unless built from 360 renders. |
| 3D scan of a finished space | Monthly platform fee, plus the scanning equipment or service. | Area to scan and the platform plan. | No: it needs the finished space. |
| 360 view made from a render | Per view or per full tour. | Number of views, rooms and unit types. | Yes. |
| Showroom with unit selector | Upfront fee plus a monthly subscription, or custom quote. | Building size, how much is shown inside and the sales tools. | Yes. |
| Guided walkthrough inside (Recorrido 3D) | Per project and per unit type, no subscription. | Number of unit types and level of detail. | Yes: built from the plans. |
Every provider charges differently: before comparing, ask them to spell out what the buyer sees and whether there is a subscription.
What drives the price for an off-plan project?
When the property does not exist, everything the buyer sees is produced from the plans. What moves the number most:
How many unit types the project has. A building with three apartment types is not the same as one with twelve.
How much is shown. A 360 view of the living room, a walkthrough of the whole unit, or the full building with floors, availability and the unit inside.
Level of detail. A furnished unit with the actual specified finishes, the real block around it, light at different times of day.
Whether there is a subscription. Some platforms charge monthly to keep the showroom online with its sales tools; other providers charge per project.
Why does pricing per unit type change the math?
Because apartments in a building repeat. If a building has many units but few types, pricing per unit or per view multiplies the work; pricing per unit type does not. With Recorrido 3D, one walkthrough per apartment type serves every floor where it repeats: one walkthrough per type, not one per unit.
So ask any provider how they charge: per image, per 360 view, per unit, per unit type or by subscription. Two quotes with the same total can give you very different things.
What should you ask when requesting a quote?
- What does the buyer see inside the unit? A floor plan, fixed-point 360 views or a continuous walkthrough.
- Is it charged per unit, per view or per unit type? In a building with repeated units, the difference is large.
- Is there a monthly fee? And what happens to the tour and the links if you stop paying.
- Does it work on any phone? That is where buyers open the link agents send over WhatsApp.
- Can it be embedded on my website? So the tour builds the project brand.
- How many rounds of changes are included? And what a finishes change costs halfway through the pre-sale.
What if the property is already built?
Then a 360 tour or a scan is usually the cheapest option, since it shows what exists as it is. A walkthrough built from plans makes sense when there is nothing to photograph, when the unit is empty and you want to show it furnished, or when you want buyers to see the whole building with its floors and availability. I compare them in 3D scan, 360 tour or 3D walkthrough for new builds.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 360 virtual tour cost?
It depends on whether the property exists. If it does, you pay for the capture and the platform it is published on, which usually charges a monthly fee. If the project is off-plan, every 360 view is a render and is usually charged per view, so the cost grows with the number of rooms and units shown.
How much does a virtual showroom for pre-sales cost?
Showroom platforms usually charge an upfront fee plus a monthly subscription while the showroom is online; other companies quote per project. What defines the number is the size of the building, how much is shown inside and the sales tools included. Always ask what happens to the links if you stop paying the subscription.
How much does Recorrido 3D cost?
It is quoted per project and per unit type, with no published subscription. One walkthrough per apartment type serves every floor where it repeats, so the cost depends on how many unit types the building has, not on how many units.
Why do prices vary so much?
Because these are different products: a 360 capture of a finished apartment is not the same as showing one that does not exist yet, and a single 360 image is not the same as a full building with floors, availability and walkthroughs. Compare what the buyer sees, not just the number.
If you have a building or a home catalog, tell me on WhatsApp or by email how many unit types it has and within 48 hours I will send you a fixed per-project quote, with no subscription.
