Software developer for Irish businesses: farm buildings, equestrian and the trades
I build websites, custom software and 3D configurators for Irish small businesses, in English and remotely from Buenos Aires. It pays off most for farm building manufacturers, the horse world and tradespeople who rely on being found on Google.

If you run a business in Ireland and need a software developer, here's how I work: websites, custom software, apps and 3D configurators, built remotely from Buenos Aires, with video calls, progress you open from a link, and everyday contact over WhatsApp or email. Everything happens in English.
Ireland is one of the easiest European markets to work with me from: no language barrier, and one of the shortest time differences in Europe. On top of that, three of the country's big industries line up with what I know best: farming, horses and the trades.
Farm sheds: let the farmer design their own
Beef and dairy farming drive a lot of building work in Ireland: cattle sheds, slatted sheds, hay and silage sheds, machinery sheds. The companies that build them get inquiries with rough measurements, a photo of the yard and the usual question: “what would that cost me?”
A 3D configurator lets the farmer choose length, span, eaves height, roof, doors and cladding, see the shed and send you a complete order. I explained how it works in 3D configurator for metal building companies, and there's a piece specifically about 3D configurators for agricultural sheds in Ireland on the Estructuras 3D blog.
Horses: stables, studs and livery yards
Ireland is known worldwide for breeding racehorses and sport horses. Around that you'll find stable and stall manufacturers, stud farms, livery yards and riding schools. I ride every weekend as a riding school student, so this world isn't foreign to me.
For manufacturers, there's the horse barn configurator for builders: your customer designs the stable block and sends you the order. For a stud, horse farm management software that tracks every horse, its coverings, vaccinations and movements. For riding schools and yards, riding school management software that keeps lessons, horses and payments in order. I also wrote about horse stable 3D configurators in Europe.
The trades: get found when people search
Builders, electricians, plumbers, roofers, kitchen fitters: in Ireland, like everywhere else, they live off customers finding them on Google and asking for a quote. A lot of them only have a Facebook page, or an old site that never shows up in searches for their county.
A site of your own with your past jobs, the area you cover and a short quote request form, plus a well set-up Google Business Profile, makes a real difference. I covered it in local SEO for service businesses. And if you still write quotes by hand, quoting software saves you from redoing them every time.
A real case: a stable manufacturer's 3D quote tool
I don't have clients in Ireland, but the project closest to what Irish builders need happens to be from this exact industry. For EQUIBOX, a horse stall and barn manufacturer near Buenos Aires, I built their 3D configurator: the customer designs the barn (size, model, walls, accessories), downloads a PDF spec sheet and requests a quote over WhatsApp. The factory gets a complete order and its sales team follows up in their CRM. A farm shed works the same way: different parts, same logic.
See the EQUIBOX caseWhat each business usually needs
| Business | The recurring problem | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Farm shed manufacturer | Inquiries with rough measurements | 3D configurator that sends a complete order |
| Stable manufacturer | Every quote built from scratch | 3D stable configurator |
| Stud or livery yard | Horse records in notebooks and spreadsheets | Yard or stud management software |
| Tradesperson or builder | Not showing up on Google locally | Own website and Google Business Profile |
| Shop or service | Bookings and orders over the phone | Website with online booking or ordering |
Working with me remotely from Ireland
Ireland is 3 to 4 hours ahead of Argentina, depending on the time of year. My mornings are your midday and early afternoon, so there's plenty of room for a video call without anyone stretching their day. Something you send in the afternoon often gets an answer the same day.
The process: a video call to understand your business, a written proposal, then progress you open from a link on your laptop or phone and approve before we move on. You send photos, dimensions, models and how you sell today; you get the website, system or configurator working, with a dashboard you manage yourself. I go through it in working with a remote developer.
Data protection, invoicing and accessibility fall under Irish and EU rules. Check with a local professional and I'll build the software around their advice.
Frequently asked questions
What's the time difference with Ireland?
Ireland is 3 to 4 hours ahead of Argentina, depending on the time of year. When it's 9 a.m. in Buenos Aires, it's noon or 1 p.m. in Dublin, so we share a good chunk of the working day.
Is everything done in English?
Yes. The website, the software and every meeting can be in English. I also speak Spanish, which helps if your business serves Spanish-speaking customers.
Do you actually understand the horse world?
I ride every weekend as a riding school student, so I know how a yard works from the inside. And in the industry, I built the 3D configurator for EQUIBOX, a horse stall and barn manufacturer.
What about data protection?
EU data protection rules apply in Ireland. Check with a local professional; I build the software to store only what's needed and to let each person see only what they should.
If you run a business in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Kildare or any other county and want to see what we could build, message me on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email contacto@facundocampo.com.ar. I answer in English and Spanish, and I quote each project separately. You can also use the [contact page](/en/contacto).
