Software developer for Polish manufacturers: furniture, windows and steel structures
I build 3D configurators, dealer portals and English-language websites for Polish manufacturers that sell across Europe, remotely from Buenos Aires. It pays off for furniture factories, window and door makers, and steel and timber structure builders.

If you run a factory in Poland that sells across Europe and you're looking for a software developer to work with in English, here's how I do it: 3D configurators, dealer portals, websites and custom software, built remotely from Buenos Aires, with video calls and progress you open from a link.
Poland has a strong manufacturing base that supplies much of Europe: furniture, windows and doors, steel structures, timber houses and garden buildings. Many of these factories started as family workshops and now supply retail chains and dealers in other countries. What holds them back is rarely on the shop floor. It's in how orders come in.
Furniture factories: complete orders from your dealers
An upholstered furniture or kitchen manufacturer that exports usually works with dealers and stores in Germany, France, the Nordics and beyond. Each one puts orders together with sizes, modules, fabrics and colors, and sends them by email or in a spreadsheet of their own. Someone in your office interprets them, and if they get it wrong, the mistake leaves the factory.
A custom furniture configurator has the dealer build the piece in 3D with your rules, so they can only pick combinations you actually make. If you also want each dealer to see their own prices and orders, that's a dealer network 3D configurator. And for the production side, I wrote about software for furniture manufacturers.
Windows and doors: measurements that can't be wrong
Windows and doors are another big part of Polish manufacturing. Here, a one-centimeter mistake means a window that doesn't fit. The installer or dealer needs to enter dimensions, opening type, glazing, color and hardware, and the factory needs to receive exactly that.
A window and door configurator checks every measurement against what you can produce, shows the result and creates the order without anyone retyping it. If the order also needs to go out as a PDF with the spec sheet, that's doable too; it's the same idea I describe in online quote calculator without 3D.
Steel buildings, garden buildings and timber houses
Factories making industrial halls, steel buildings, garden sheds and timber houses sell to customers all over Europe who will never set foot in the plant. Those buyers need to see the structure in their own dimensions before they ask for a quote.
That's why I built Estructuras 3D, my own demo configurator for sheds, steel buildings, carports, horse stalls and modular homes; you can try it at render.facundocampo.com.ar/en. I explained the approach in 3D configurator for metal building companies, and on the Estructuras 3D blog I wrote about hiring a remote 3D configurator developer from Europe.
A real case: a 3D quote tool for a factory with a sales team
I don't have clients in Poland. The closest case is EQUIBOX, a horse stall and barn manufacturer near Buenos Aires with a CRM and a team of salespeople. I built their 3D configurator, where the customer designs the barn (size, model, walls, accessories), downloads a PDF spec sheet and requests a quote over WhatsApp. The order arrives complete and the salesperson picks it up from there instead of starting from scratch. With a furniture or window dealer it works the same way.
See the EQUIBOX caseWhat each factory usually needs
| Factory | The recurring problem | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Export furniture | Dealer orders misread in the office | Dealer network configurator |
| Windows and doors | Measurement errors reaching production | Window and door configurator with validation |
| Steel buildings | Distant customers asking without dimensions | 3D configurator that sends a complete order |
| Garden buildings and timber houses | Too many options in a PDF catalog | 3D configurator or interactive catalog |
| Any exporter | Website only in Polish | English website with versions per market |
Working with me remotely from Poland
Poland is 4 to 5 hours ahead of Argentina, depending on the time of year. When I start at 9 a.m. in Buenos Aires, it's 1 or 2 p.m. in Warsaw, Poznań or Wrocław: we talk during your afternoon and I keep building after the plant has closed for the day.
The process: a video call with whoever knows the product and the manufacturing rules, a written proposal, then progress by link that your sales team tests before signing off. You send your catalog, dimensions, rules and models; you get a working configurator or portal and a dashboard to run it. I describe it step by step in working with a remote developer.
Data protection, invoicing and accessibility fall under Polish and EU rules, and they can vary depending on the countries you sell to. Check with a local professional and I'll build the software around their advice.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work in Polish?
No, I work in English and Spanish. With manufacturers that export, the sales side usually already works in English; your team provides the Polish, German or other language versions, and I build everything so each market sees its own language.
What's the time difference with Poland?
Poland is 4 to 5 hours ahead of Argentina, depending on the time of year. My mornings overlap with your afternoons, and I spend the rest of my day building what we agreed on.
Why hire someone in Argentina when Poland has plenty of developers?
It's less about where and more about what you've already built. I built the 3D configurator for EQUIBOX, a stable manufacturer, plus my own structures demo, so I understand how a manufacturer sells and what its sales team needs. You deal with me directly and judge me on real work.
Can the configurator show different prices per dealer or country?
Yes, it can work that way: each dealer logs in and sees their own terms. It can also show the product with no prices at all and send the order to your team to quote.
If you run a factory in Poland and want your dealers to order without mistakes, message me on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email contacto@facundocampo.com.ar. I answer in English and Spanish, and I quote each project separately. You can also use the [contact page](/en/contacto).
